Goslyn Environmental Systems Ltd was on show with live demonstrations of the grease recovery technolgy at the Plumbing Officials Association of British Columbia annual conference. The officers attending the show were were very enthusiastic to see that at last there is a viable alternative technolgy to the traditional grease trap.
If you are considering Goslyn in your restaurant kitchen you should talk with your City Plumbing Inspectors. It is likely they will have seen the demonstration.
